The YWCA Early Head Start program provides comprehensive educational and health services for pregnant adolescents, children of adolescent parents, young children living in poverty and their families. The YWCA of Baton Rouge has established a community bail system, in which individuals within the community can donate funds that provide for the bonding obligations of individuals arrested (non-violent offenses only) in East Baton Rouge Parish.
