Rockwood Private Leadership Programs
Private Programs: Rockwood convenes leaders within a given issue area or geographic region in order to catalyze more powerful and engaged learning communities and partnerships. Each program identifies 12-24 influential leaders to engage in intensive training and receive tools in transformational leadership. Rockwood's Private Programs that were delivered in whole or in part in 2022 served a total of 367 leaders. Multi-session Fellowships included: Building Power for Healthy Communities; Early Care, Learning and Health Leaders; Documentary Leaders; Equity in Philanthropy; Leaders in Reproductive Health, Rights and Justice. Public Programs: Rockwood leads multi-day leadership development retreats for social change leaders from the nonprofit, philanthropic, labor and socially responsible business sectors. This work includes our flagship "Art of Leadership" (AOL) training as well as the newer "Art of Navigating Change" (ANC).
