Application format and required materials
The foundation has a website and in order to apply for a grant the Charitable Organization must submit a "Letter of Inquiry". The Letter of Inquiry is available on the Rapp Foundation website (www.rappok.org) and must be submitted from April 1 through May 31st of each year. Late Inquiries will not be allowed.

Any restrictions or limitations on awards, such as by geographical areas, charitable fields, or kinds of institutions
Educational, Scientific, Religious, or Literacy purpose is required. A 501(c)(3)letter is required.
