Healthcare Support for Jane Phillips Medical Center
Bluestem Regional Medical Development Foundation, Inc (The "Foundation") is a not-for-profit organization whose mission and principal activities are to solicit contributions for Jane Phillips Medical Center (The "Hospital") and other affiliated health care institutions. The Foundation makes donations for capital needs of the Hospital and other affiliated health care institutions based on recommendations of joint studies of the medical staff and management of the Hospital. The Foundation is related to the Hospital by common management and certain common trustees. The Foundation's revenues and other support are derived principally from contributions and fund raising events and its activities are conducted principally in the Washington County, Oklahoma area.
