CIRC ACHIEVES THIS MISSION THROUGH NON-PARTISAN CIVIC ENGAGEMENT, PUBLIC EDUCATION, AND ADVOCATING FOR WORKABLE, FAIR AND HUMANE IMMIGRATION POLICIES.
