Program 1 [2021]
Adult Life Enrichment Program: Services are offered Monday - Friday at two locations where adults with mild to severe intellectual and/or developmental disabilities can take part in a variety of activities focused on community integration. We help adults live more indepen- dently through education, life skills and pre-vocational training, and community involvement. Program participants have the opportunity to attend a wide array of community activities and to volunteer at local nonprofit organizations. We also assist young adults in transitioning from the supports they received in public schools to life after grad- uation when those supports are no longer available.GeographiesNot indicatedDatesJul 1, 2020 – Jun 30, 2021Source990No causes providedNo populations provided–$1.1MProgram 2 [2021]
Case management services: Our case management services assist individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and their families in navigating the complex world of social services, education, funding, and future planning for people with I/DD. Case managers provide information about available resources, assistance with accessing those resources, and help families make well-informed decisions on behalf of the person in their care. Case managers also advocate in the schools and in the community on behalf of people with I/DD and their families. They hold frequent information sessions for parents, care givers, professionals, and educators to increase awareness of the issues facing people with special needs.GeographiesNot indicatedDatesJul 1, 2020 – Jun 30, 2021Source990No causes providedNo populations provided–$1.1MAdult Life Enrichment Services
