Focusing public attention on the Port O'Connor Library services, facilities and needs to stimulate increased public usage, especially among children in the community and enhancement of the library resources and enriching the lives of the community of Port O'Connor, Texas. Fundraising to support building and construction projects and improvement to the library facility and sponsorship of special projects and securing of materials beyond the ordinary budget of the library.
