Grants and donations were collected in order to fund the construction of an additional 2,500 square foot expansion to existing library facilities. Construction on the building begain early 2025 and at the end of our fiscal year, the site was prepared, foundation completed, and the erection of the building has been completed.

Library Support and Improvement
General support of the library, to include cleaning after programs, supplies requested to enchance programs, and ground/garden improvements. The Port O'Connor Library experienced a 12% growth in patron usage. This included increases in circulation (books, ebooks), library cards issued and meeting held.
