Religious Liberty Legal Services
LEGAL: First Liberty Institute provides pro-bono legal services to advance and defend religious liberty for individuals, churches and synagogues, and other religious ministries. During 2021-2022 FLI represented plaintiffs in 49 cases and administrative proceedings filed throughout the United States, helping individuals, churches, and religious schools combat unconstitutional Covid-19 lockdown orders from state and local governments, guarding land use rights of churches and synagogues and their members, and otherwise protecting the religious liberty of all Americans from government encroachment.
