Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Azle (THAZ) is a 31 staffed bed community based hospital serving Azle, Lake Worth, Springtown and the surrounding areas. Since 1954, THAZ has provided quality health care services to the northwest Tarrant County community. Located in Azle, the hospital offers many services such as cardiovascular, imaging, inpatient/outpatient surgery, Outpatient Sports and Rehabilitation Center and an intensive care unit. During the year, THAZ had 4,449 patient days, 1,349 discharges, 31,877 outpatient encounters and 23,408 emergency room visits.
