HIV/AIDS Support Services
AIN served 1,304 individuals living with HIV/AIDS through a range of support service programs, while also reaching about 8,000 at-risk individuals with outreach and prevention services via community events and partnerships. Through care coordination, clients receive essential services that help them access and maintain Ryan White eligibility for funded support. The Referral for Healthcare and Support Services program facilitated 8,444 units over 2,382 visits client interactions, ensuring access to critical resources tailored to their needs and fostering continuity of care. This program saw a.27 increase in utilization compared to the previous year.
