PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO THOSE IN NEED, ESPECIALLY IN TIMES OF CRISIS, IN THE GREATER ENNIS AREA. IN ADDITION TO MATERIAL ASSISTANCE, INFORMATION AND REFERRALS ARE MADE TO OTHER SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS WHEN APPROPRIATE.
