Application format and required materials

GRANT APPLICATIONS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE FOUNDATION'S WEB SITE ADDRESS - JAMESNMCCOYFOUNDATION.ORG. ORGANIZATIONS THAT HAVE NOT RECEIVED A PREVIOUS GRANT FROM THE FOUNDATION MUST SUBMIT A LETTER OF INTENT BY EITHER FEBRUARY 15TH OR AUGUST 15TH OF EACH CALENDAR YEAR. THE FOUNDATION'S BOARD OF TRUSTEES WILL CONSIDER APPLICATIONS FROM ORGANIZATIONS EXEMPT UNDER IRS CODE SECTION 501(C)(3) AND OTHER QUALIFYING ORGANIZATIONS PRIMARILY LOCATED IN WICHITA COUNTY. THE FOUNDATION SUPPORTS GENERAL OPERATING EXPENSES, SPECIAL PROJECTS AND CAPITAL CAMPAIGNS.

Submission deadlines
MARCH 15TH AND SEPTEMBER 15TH OF EACH CALENDAR YEAR FOR GRANT APPLICATIONS.
Any restrictions or limitations on awards, such as by geographical areas, charitable fields, or kinds of institutions

AN ORGANIZATION MAY ONLY APPLY FOR ONE GRANT PER GRANT CYCLE.
