The Hartnett Foundation contributes to public charities described in section 509 a 1 2 or 3 to accomplish charitable scientific literary educational or other permitted public purposes which are tax exempt under Section 501 c 3 of the Internal Revenue Code that operate efficiently and contribute to the improvement of the public welfare. The Hartnett Foundation primarily focuses on organizations operating in and undertaking charitable activities in the Dallas Fort Worth area of Texas.
