THE PURPOSE OF THE SHERIDAN COMMUNITY EDUCATION FOUNDATION IS TO ACQUIRE FUNDS FOR PROVIDING AND PROMOTING A BROAD ARRAY OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICES TO THE SHERIDAN COUNTY COMMUNITY THAT ARE NOT FORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE REGULAR K-12 PUBLIC SCHOOLS PROGRAM, INCLUDING PRESCHOOL AND ADULT EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, AS WELL AS ENHANCEMENTS TO THE K-12 PROGRAM.ADDITIONALLY, THE SHERIDAN COMMUNITY EDUCATION FOUNDATION PROVIDES A CENTER FOR THE COLLABORATION BETWEEN OTHER NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS THAT COME TOGETHER TO PROVIDE A STRONGER BASIS TO SERVICE THE SHERIDAN COMMUNITY.
