THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS UNANIMOUSLY VOTED TO DISSOLVE THE ORGANZATION IN AUGUST 2024. ALL REMAINING ASSETS HAVE BEEN DISTRIBUTED TO SAN JOSE STATE UNIVERSITY WITH THE PURPOSE TO FUND SCHOLARSHIPS FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES.
