High Aspirations Mentoring Program
SOS Community Counseling provides healing throughout Sonoma County, as a training agency that delivers collaborative, compassionate, and accessible care. One of our largest programs is our Juvenile Diversion Program where we use therapeutic counseling as a tool to work with youth who have come in contact with law enforcement. We have sites in Cloverdale, Healdsburg, Windsor, and now Rohnert Park. This is a 10-week program including 1:1 therapy, restorative practices, restitution, and community service.
