THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO DEVELOPE A CODE OF ANGLER RESPECT WHEREIN THOSE WHO FISH AND ENJOY THE SALT SHALLOW WATERS OF THE TEXAS COAST CAN SHARE IT WITH OTHERS AND ENCOURAGE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION.
