FLUFF Animal Rescue and Community Services
FLUFF Animal Rescue saved and rehomed 553 animals from overcrowded shelters and owners who abandoned or were unable to care for them. FLUFF received the "Business of the Year" award from the Seminole Chamber of Commerce, for recognition of excellence in business. FLUFF operated a successful 8100 sq ft thrift store/rescue resource center which provided volunteer and staff positions for veterans, "re-entry" level positions, and also provided goods and services to organizations benefiting the homeless. FLUFF expanded operations by purchasing a 2.5 acre property to enable the non profit organization to save more lives, assisting other non-profit rescues with a not-for-profit spay/neuter vet clinic, a free pet food bank, and a pet memorial garden and rainbow bridge open to the community.
