THE STATE ALLIANCE WILL BE USED TO CONVENE, COORDINATE, SUPPORT, ADVOCATE, AND CARRY OUT THE CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES OF THE MICHIGAN YMCA'S.
