Paving the Way Foundation collaborated with community partners to educate over 7,000 youth and parents around Central Florida. They elevated Orlando in 3 High Schools and 6 Middle Schools, 10 different Boys Girls Clubs, the Dream Academy, 4 Middle Schools Afterschool All-Stars, Statewide DJJ Conference, the YMCA, Family Services Foster Youth and DJJ Youth, Homeless Coalition, and in Orange County Public Schools. They trained 150 OCPS Care Coordinators, SAFE officers, and Social Workers and participated in 76 community events and 20 speaking events. They advocated six important pieces of legislation in Washington, D.C The Take it Down Act, Kids Online Safety Act, Shield Act, Defiance Act, Report Act, and the Trafficking Survivors Relief Act and trained Lakota Nation Educators, including 100 students and parents on the Cheyenne River Reservation in South Dakota.
