Clear is creating software tools (ClearSuite with ClearEngine inside) for Bible translators that will allow them to have insights into the original Greek and Hebrew manuscripts, find inconsistencies in work previously translated and provide suggestions for future texts to be translated. The ClearSuite also makes creating enhanced resources linked to the original languages much easier and more accessible to Bible translation teams. Clear also worked with SIL to establish a working group focused on natural language processing research and development. Clear is creating software and data that facilitates increased accuracy in the Bible Translation process. The ClearDashboard is designed to help Translation Consultants work more efficiently. It pulls information that they need from various screens and combines it all into one easy-to-see view and works within the Paratext ecosystem. Our MACULA Biblical datasets form the core of an ecosystem designed to give Bible translation teams insight into the original Greek and Hebrew languages as they work to translate the Bible. In August 2023, the people, IP and technology of Clear Bible were absorbed by Biblica, a key partner, who will continue on the mission to make the Bible available in every language.
