Program 1 [2020]
In 2020, Chosen expanded services to families with active foster placements. The addition of a licensed therapist and two contract care managers enabled us to expand our clinical services to children and youth in the child welfare system. We increased our service to foster families in 2020 and began providing our model of care to foster families in Florida. Through securing two subcontracts with two of Texas's Post-Adoption Services providers, Chosen also expanded our service to families who adopted out of Texas foster care. Chosen's kinship program growth continued at a steady rate in 2020, primarily through referrals from court and the child welfare system in Texas.
