THE MISSION IS TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF RESIDENTS IN THE CITY OF LUKIN, ANGELINA COUNTY AND EIGHT ADJACENT COUNTIES. AS A CHARITABLE NON-PROFIT CORPORATION, WE PARTNER WITH AND RECEIVE FUNDING FROM LOCAL FOUNDATIONS, CHARITIES, CORPORATIONS AND STATE AND FEDERAL FUNDING
