Nebraska Medicine serves as an integral and essential part of a nonprofit integrated health care clinical enterprise, coordinating the functions of Clarkson Regional Health Services (CRHS) and the Board of Regents, both Section 501(c)(3) public charities, to achieve the efficient and effective delivery of health care services to the public, and to support medical education and research.
