Charles County Charitable Trust is involved in managing the decision-making process in grant awards, monitoring the grants awarded, make site visits to grantees, review mid-year and final grant reports from grantee organizations. The organization also provides opportunities for representatives of nonprofit organizations to participate in a comprehensive learning experience. Participants learn to develop individualized fundraising program plans that integrate fundraising, marketing and communications to increase overall financial support and assure sustainability.
