Coachella Valley College & Career Success
- Led the development, implementation, and management of the Coachella Valley's first Regional Plan for College & Career Success, aligning the resources of school districts, higher education, employers, and thecommunity to improve educational attainment.- Full commitment and collaboration from all local school districts and higher ed entities.- Catalyzed employer support for students as the future workforce, providing internships and mentoring in healthcare, technology, hospitality, and media.- 11,054 (43%) high school students learning in career pathways, AVID, Puente, or ROTC (Source: School district Regional Plan collaboration data, 2025).- College readiness as measured by A-G completion increased from 26.2% in 2012 to 48% in 2023.
