Vyuha, Inc. does not currently require an application form from an organization in order for that organization to be considered for a grant or contribution. The Foundation will make grants to public charities described in IRC Sections 509(a)(1) and 509(a)(2). Grantee organizations are to be selected by the Foundation's Board of Directors. In the future, the Foundation expects to develop a grant application template to be utilized by organizations seeking funds.

To be considered for a grant or contribution, an organization must be a public charity as defined under IRC Section 509(a)(1) and 509(a)(2).
