The programs/activities delivered services to an underserved population. Delivery of these programs/activities is intended to improve IERC client's financial position, help them understand their financing and housing options, and connect clients to a referral network for related services. By doing such, quality of life was improved, relationships were built and self-sufficiency was enhanced.
