AVT'S MISSION IS TO SPUR THE CREATION OF AN INNOVATIVE AND REMARKABLE PLACE THAT IS DIVERSE, INCLUSIVE, AFFORDABLE, AND ACCESSIBLE. AVT IS COMMITTED TO HEALING PAST HARM, AMPLIFYING UNDERREPRESENTED VOICES AND SETTING A PRECEDENT FOR INNOVATIVE COMMUNITY RENEWAL.
