Maor Academy LA, Inc is a unique learning center for children with special needs in Los Angeles. This center is specifically designed, staffed, and resourced to provide appropriate special education that meets each childs particular educational needs resulting from learning difficulties, physical disability, or emotional and behavioral difficulties. In addition to an academic curriculum focusing on standard subjects (such as mathematics, science, language arts, et.), the center also offers a Jewish Studies Program, Adaptive Physical Education, and Music, Pet, and Art Therapy with appropriate supports and accommodations in place to ensure each child can receive the individualizes attention and support they need, can be actively involved in their Jewish culture and is able to work towards academic goals while receiving services all in one place.
