Through partnership with local and State-based organizations, ReflectUS builds the capacity for local women leaders, being mindful of inclusion of women from diverse, working-class backgrounds, to run for office, become staffers for political campaigns, receive positions in elected officials offices, be appointed for local and State offices, and serve in other aspects of political leadership. The Dallas Pilot Program grew into the Texas program during 2020 with a Leadership Council that continues to grow and met regularly. Both local and national programming took place to provide workshops, networking, and trainings for women seeking political leadership opportunities across the country.
