THE PURPOSE OF THE CORPORATION SHALL INCLUDE, BUT SHALL NOT BE LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING: -TO RESCUE, REHABILITATE, AND RE-HOME DOGS FROM SHELTERS WITHIN KERN COUNTY -TO PROVIDE NECESSARY BASIC NEEDS AND VETERINARY CARE FOR THOSE DOGS -TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ON PROPER TREATMENT OF DOGS -TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ON THE IMPORTANCE OF SPAY AND NEUTER -TO COOPERATE WITH OTHER HUMANE ORGANIZATIONS IN "MAKING KERN NO-KILL" -TO ERECT AND MAINTAIN FACILITIES FOR SAID PURPOSE
