The Religious Coalition for the Homeless (RCAH) mandate is to provide beds for the homeless. Funds received by RCAH are provided by local churches in the City of Austin who have been allowed to divert their municipal drainage fees to RCAH to assist the homeless. With these funds, the RCAH funds other organizations who work with the homeless to provide emergency beds, transitional housing, and assistance for moving into permanent housing.
