Founded in 2018 in Boston, Massachusetts, Leadership Brainery is a 501(c)(3) organization committed to expanding access to graduate education and leadership pathways that drive long-term economic mobility. We envision a future where high-impact roles, including doctors, therapists, policymakers, lawyers, researchers, CEOs, and educators, reflect the communities they serve. Leadership Brainery (LB) was established to bridge the opportunity gap for low-income and first-generation students who have the talent and ambition to attain a Master's or Doctoral degree but lack the resources to know where to begin.
