FUNDS USED FOR CREATING SCHOLARSHIP FUND IN ORDER TO PROVIDE A TWO-YEAR, TUITION FREE POSTSECONDARY EDUCATION AND OTHER SUPPORTS TO ATTEND ANY KENTUCKY COMMUNITY AND TECHNICAL COLLEGE OR SIMMONS COLLEGE OF KENTUCKY FOR AN ENTIRE GENERATION OF JCPS STUDENTS.
