Living Campus Gardening Initiative

Seedling Starter Program: With the support of volunteers EGC raised thousands of seedlings in 2022 ensuring EGC had a pipeline of sustainably raised seedlings in needed varieties. Seedlings are used in EGC garden sites distributed to Senior Garden Steward Project sites and distributed in underserved communities as part of the Seedling & Soil Giveaway to remove financial barriers to urban agriculture and food sovereignty in under-resourced communities.
