Capital Caring Health (CCH) is a Type III functionally integrated supporting organization of its Supported Organizations; Capital Hospice, d/b/a Capital Caring, Capital Caring Advanced Illness Services, Inc. and Capital Caring Stay at Home Services, Inc., which are each exempt under Sec. 501(c)(3). Capital Caring Health (CCH), through its supported organizations, provides Patients and their Families with Advanced Illness Care of the Highest Quality.
