To provide support to a strategic alignment between The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center ("UTSW") and Children's Health System of Texas ("Children's") with respect to a joint enterprise relating to certain charitable pediatric health facilities, medical groups, and other clinical and professional pediatric services in North Texas.
