Community Lending ProgramDisbursed $122,750.00 affordable loans to small businesses and nonprofits, supporting microloans, equipment, and working capital, and helping create and retain jobs in underserved communities.2. Capital Leveraging & PartnershipsLeveraged approved $500,000 in City of El Paso funding and $170,000 in interest buy-down support, and a $300,000 CDFI Fund TA award, expanding lending capacity, reducing borrower costs, and multiplying community impact.3.
