Mission Statement
Adaptive Fitness Legion is a non-profit dedicated to empowering all abilities through adaptive fitness education and training. AFL provides funding for free open gym sessions, free adaptive boxing, and free in-person and online adaptive fitness classes to support individuals living with physical disabilities in the northern Virginia area.
