Adaptive Fitness Legion is a non-profit dedicated to empowering all abilities through adaptive fitness education and training. AFL provides funding for free open gym sessions, free adaptive boxing, and free in-person and online adaptive fitness classes to support individuals living with physical disabilities in the northern Virginia area. Our focus is to aid individuals with physical disabilities in need of some extra support in order to meet their physical fitness goals.
