HSCD/WHSA purchased 2 parcels of land and began infrastructure development to support the mission of building 40-45 deeply affordable housing apartments with accompanying ministries. (WHSA)West Haywood Street Apartments, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company was formed as a single member limited liability company being a wholly owned subsidiary of Haywood Street Community Development for the purpose of purchasing the Site as defined in the Funding Agreement; and the goal is to develop affordable housing connected to the existing Haywood Street Ministries and programs by focusing on vulnerable adults, collaboration with local partners and location and accessibility.
