In 2022, Kansas Missouri Mental Health Collaborative established the organizational infrastructure in order to start counseling services in 2023. The board hired an executive director in July. KMMHC became a member of the Solihten Institute. The board approved and staff launched a strategic planning process in the Fall of 2022 to be completed by February, 2023. We began the process of creating our brand concept, presence, and image. Established new and strengthened existing partnerships that will serve as the foundation of our operating model.
