Housing - The program supports low-income and housing-insecure San Francisco residents, focusing on Transgender and Gender Non-Conforming (TGNC) people, many of whom face homelessness, violence, and discrimination. By providing housing-focused case management, the program helps participants secure documents, access resources, and transition smoothly into stable, permanent housing. This stabilization is key to improving their survival, well-being, and long-term success.GeographiesNot indicatedDatesJan 1, 2024 – Dec 31, 2024Source990No causes providedNo populations provided–$2.9MRe-Entry and Legal Support Program
