National Executive Leadership Academy
National Executive Leadership Academy - The National ELA, which welcomed its first cohort in 2023, is a program of TALI, in cooperation with Carnegie Mellon University,to roll out to a national audience its world-class executive education program to advance Black executive leadership. Through the National Executive Leadership Academy, TALI is creating ladders of opportunity for participants as they seek to make a positive impact in their chosen fields. Emerging Leaders Program - The Program focuses on influencing the development of early career managers and individual contributors to grow the pipeline of high potential Black leaders. The Program completed curriculum development and recruited an initial cohort of 24 emerging leaders for the 2022 calendar year.
