THE TREATMENT PROGRAM COMBINES A WILDERNESS ENVIRONMENT AND SERVICES OF PROFESSIONALS IN A UNIQUE OUTDOOR SURVIVAL EXPERIENCE. THE PROGRAM USES TRAINED PROFESSIONALS IN PSYCHIATRY, PSYCHOLOGY, FAMILY SCIENCES, NURSING AND SOCIAL WORK FOR THE ASSESSMENT, TREATMENT AND EDUCATION OF EMOTIONALLY DISTURBED, DEFIANT, AND CHEMICAL-DEPENDENT ADOLESCENTS. TREATMENT IS SUPERVISED BY A PSYCHIATRIST AND A STAFF NURSE. ALL TREATMENT PLANS AND COUNSELORS ARE SUPERVISED USING A CASE MANAGER SYSTEM.
