EMPOWER PLUMAS COUNTY BY ENHANCING THE ECONOMY, FOSTERING COMMUNITY UNITY, SECURING AND ALLOCATING RESOURCES EFFECTIVELY, AND SUPPORTING COMMUNITY INITIATIVES. PROVIDE A PLATFORM FOR ORGANIZATIONS TO USE OUR NONPROFIT STATUS FOR FUNDING AND A TRUSTED PLACE FOR SUPPORTERS TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE NEEDS OF THEIR COMMUNITY.
