FOUNDED IN 2006, ETM-LA'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE AND PROMOTE THE INTEGRATION OF MUSIC INTO THE CURRICULA OF UNDER-RESOURCED SCHOOLS IN ORDER TO ENHANCE STUDENTS' ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE AND CREATIVE AND GENERAL DEVELOPMENT.
