We provided family caregiver support services; coordination of volunteer services; personal and household cleaning; age-appropriate activities for children; day habitation for development of socialization, self-help and adaptive skills; respite relief for family caregivers; and person-centered support consistent with the New York Office for People with Developmental Disabilities guidelines for assisting persons with developmental disabilities, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, autism spectrum disorders and neurological impairments.
