F4MF Member Services
Member Services - F4MF was established in Sep 2021 and now serves over 9,500 members across the USA. F4MF has held over 50+ town hall and legal sessions for its members, with access to legal counsel for live Q&A sessions. F4MF has held an estimated 30+ local in-person events in the National Capitol Region of DC and has been an active participant in several national events such as the Defeat the Mandates rallies in Washington, DC, and Los Angeles. F4MF has issued 193 publications to its members. Support and Education - F4MF has hosted over 100+ Zoom calls for its 9500+ members to help educate, support, and provide awareness to its members and supporters. F4MF has held informational and educational workshops and/or internal work groups on topics to include; Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, civil liberty and civil rights, religious accommodations/exemptions, medical research and EEO complaint processes. In response to F4MF's workshops, its members have been able to file approximately 132 FOIA's, hold 3+ civil liberty/civil rights workshops, assist over 200+ members with religious accommodations, file 16 EEO class complaints and completed dozens of hours of medical research to assist its members. F4MF has provided support to groups such as the vaccine injured and persons dealing with discriminatory actions in the workplace. F4MF mission is to provide an environment in which federal workers can safely discuss their internal workplace issues free from harassment and intimidation by their employers, with the intent of helping improve their overall mental health. F4MF short term goals are to educate its members and supporters to help the individual stand up to discriminatory and unconstitutional policy and actions taken against them. Litigation - Lawsuits & EEO Class Actions - F4MF, and its members, are currently involved in three (3) lawsuits opposing vaccine mandates; 1.) Dan Altschuld, et al., v. Gina Raimundo, et al. filed by Federal Practice Group (FPG) on 10/19/2021; 2.) John Doe #1-John Doe #30 and Jane Doe #1-Jane Doe#9 vs Named Federal Agency Heads and Agencies, filed by FPG on 01/18/2022; and 3.) Feds 4 Medical Freedom vs. Biden, filed by Boyden Gray & Associates (BG&A) on 12/22/2021. Most importantly in the case of Feds 4 Medical Freedom vs. Biden, F4MF was granted a nationwide injunction for all federal employees on January 21, 2022, which is still presently in effect as of February 23, 2022 (the time of this writing). It is estimated the injunction has granted protection from discipline/termination for 400,000+ federal workers opposing vaccine mandates. F4MF has also organized EEO class action litigation across 16 separate federal agencies. F4MF has agreed to cover legal expenses beyond what each individual class agency agrees to pay to legal counsel. F4MF has also partnered with a pro-bono, non-profit organization and filed against approximately 5+ major unions across the federal government for failure to negotiate in good faith and breach of duties, amongst other issues.
